MT. BAILEY TRAIL

Take Hwy, 138 to South Diamond entrance, then take Road 300 to trail head west of Diamond Lake.

Trail is 5 mi. starting from Road 300, the elevation gain is 3113 ft. The last 1/2 is quite steep and rocky. Overviews of Diamond Lake, Mt. Thielsen and surrounding country are breathtaking.
